She must have demonstrated experience in fostering an open and collaborative culture with stakeholders. She should be an advocate for the whole child and be familiar with ESTEAM education, social-emotional learning, and diversity.
Qualifications
In addition to overseeing the education of students, a school psychologist’s duties include selecting instructional materials and developing equipment for students with visual impairments. Supervision

She must be a team player who can work well with others and demonstrate regular attendance and work attendance.

Compensation
The salary range for The Vision School System teaching staff will remain at the same level through 2022, as it is currently. Compensation for this group is based on years of experience. The board of directors has approved a
$300 monthly supplement for those holding doctorates and those with five or more years of experience. In addition, the school will offer a $500 signing bonus for new employees and one for those who transfer.
