But, after a few mishaps, the movie is now set to hit theaters on February 21, 2023.

The movie will also star Rashmika Mandanna, who last starred in Kannada films Anjani Putra and Geetha Govindam. This film is based on real events and celebrates the work of RAW agents.

The film has become one of the most watched Indian films on Amazon Prime Video and Sidharth Malhotra has been on cloud nine since his last hit, Shershaah, which was released on August 12 this year. Before that, the actor struggled to land a big Bollywood hit. However, Mission Majnu has shown he’s able to tackle tough roles.
Originally scheduled for release on 13 May 2022, the film has been postponed a couple of times. The latest tentative release date is 31 July 2022, though the makers have not confirmed the new release date. The movie is directed by debutant Shantanu Bagchi. Aseem Arrora and Parveez Sheikh wrote the screenplay and the dialogues. Kumud Sharma and Mir Sarwar have played pivotal roles.
Despite a controversial cast, Mission Majnu is expected to be a hit for both Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandanna. Sidharth Malhotra is an established star in Bollywood and Rashmika Mandanna, another rising star, has also starred in a high-grossing film in 2021 – Pushpa: The Rise.

The Netflix romantic comedy stars Victoria Justice, Adam Demos, Luca Sardelis, Samantha Tolj, and Craig Horner. It is expected to hit theaters in the spring of 2022, and will be available on demand and in limited theaters.
